| April 8, 2019 | Notification of Nominations by email and phone |
| April 12, 2019 | Candidates must accept nomination by 4pm |
| April 19, 2019 | Candidate Statement due via email to oftse1273@gmail.com by 4pm |
| April 24, 2019 | General Membership Meeting – Candidate statements will be distributed at meeting and emailed to non-work email on file. |
| May 2, 2019 | Voting at Site – contact site rep for location of ballot box. Absentee ballots can be emailed to oftse1273@gmail.com |
